About

About JZABL

A news desk and a library, laid side by side.

The premise

The truth has been fragmented and scattered over the millennia. No single canon holds the whole. JZABL's work is to set the pieces next to each other and let the reader see where they rhyme.

“It finds the patterns and the similarities.”

The desk

Each day the desk compiles the news and weights every story from 0 to 100. The weight is built from six components: signal, corroboration, category, recency, research, and corpus join. All of them are printed with the story.

Then it drafts. Every story follows the same anatomy: what we know, each fact cited; the pattern, passages side by side; what we haven't verified, printed rather than hidden; numbered sources; and an editor's note carrying the weight breakdown.

A human editor reads and approves every story before it publishes. Nothing auto-publishes.

The two shelves

Primary texts: the Bible, the Torah, the Quran, and dharma and sutra corpora, in public-domain translations.

Commentary: scholarship about those texts, always labelled as commentary.

When the two shelves differ, the primary text outranks the commentary. Every passage shows which shelf it came from.

Thematic only

JZABL maps themes. It does not claim that any news event fulfills any text. It does not set dates (Matt 24:36).

It never plays one tradition against another and never declares a winner. Citations appear on both sides of every join.

It never bluffs

No citation, no claim. “We haven't reported that yet” and “the texts are silent on that” are complete answers, and we print them as such. What we haven't verified is printed in every story, not hidden.
